Abbot Alphege Academy, Bath
For this project, we took our team to put some playground markings down for the Abbot Alphege Academy, a primary school in Bath, Somerset.
What Did They Need?
Originally, the school was looking for a complete overhaul. When they first got in touch, they wanted us to remove their playground’s existing markings – a series of sports court lines – and replace them with new ones. However, after some discussion between ourselves and the school’s representative, we came up with a much easier solution for them.
What Did We Do?
We told the school all about our remarking capabilities! This means instead of removing old markings and putting down fresh ones, we simply gave said old markings a little bit of a makeover. Our team spent time relaying high-quality, long-lasting, and brightly-coloured thermoplastic where the lines had faded previously – while sticking to the old designs.
As a result, Abbot Alphege Academy got its sports courts back in no time at all.
Their Brand New Sports & Court Playground Markings
If you want to know more about the Sports & Courts markings we freshened up for Abbot Alphege Academy, we’ve got the list here for you:
Football Pitch
A standard Football Pitch to play the Beautiful Game, in all weather conditions.
Netball Court
Similarly, a Netball Court gives kids the solid footing they need when learning all about this game.
Netball & Basketball (with Basketball D)
A space-saving combination of Netball & Basketball (with Basketball D) completes the newly finished outdoor sports hub.
What We Loved About This Project
We love getting the chance to bring old markings back to life. Returning the school’s sports courts to the bright, brand-new condition they were in when they were first installed means more fun and games for years to come, without any hassle or fuss!
