Our Stunning New Playground Markings for St Mary’s CE Primary School

We were very happy to be able to work with St Mary’s CE Primary Moss Side in Manchester on lots of exciting work for their playground, including brand-new playground markings.

What Did We Do for This Primary School?

Not only was the customer after a host of playground markings for games and activities suitable for a Reception class, but they also enlisted us to do some removal work as well. This helped to keep their playground looking its best and to give the kids the play and exercise space they deserve. No more dull, worn-out markings that can’t be used or aren’t fun to play with anymore!

Copy Me

This is a great little game to play in pairs, or even as a smaller group if kids don’t mind swapping in and out. Copy Me can help kids with their coordination and social skills, and they get some exercise as they move about.

1-7 Parking Bays

We can also make these for life-sized cars, but these particular Parking Bays are designed to accommodate scooters and other wheeled toy vehicles the kids can use in the playground. Order as many as you need.

Custom Number Bond

It was clear that our customer had a real vision for their playground when they asked for this custom product. That vision also clearly involved outdoor Maths. This custom Number Bond will be ideal for helping with this, by showing students how a number can be broken down into its components.

Custom White Outline Grids

These bespoke blank boxes are ready and waiting for any use the school can think of. Different sizes with differing amounts of boxes (5 and 10, specifically).

Fitness Circles

Why have just one fitness activity when you can have eight? Our Fitness Circle is perfect for fitting in a range of standing exercises in a small area. Perfect for a warm-up session before you move on to your main PE lesson.

Mr Wolf

A fun and traditional playground game, this permanent place to play Mr Wolf will get kids moving and counting at the same time.

Number Throw

The ideal way to learn more about Maths and practise hand-eye coordination and accuracy at the same time! All you need for the Number Throw is some bean bags and some simple maths and number questions to ask the kids. They then have to throw the bag onto the correct answer.

Solid Hopscotch
This is another fantastic yet classic way to seamlessly blend fitness and learning. Our Solid Hopscotch also comes in colours kids can’t miss – or wait to get playing on.

Were There Any Challenges or Obstacles?

There weren’t so many challenges or obstacles as details that needed to be worked out. The school asked us if it was possible to break our quotation down into three separate quotations to spread out the cost. This is something we can do, so we gladly made it part of the work for them.
