Brook Community Primary School, Ashford
We’re always happy to do something a little bit special for a school that needs it, even if it’s something as simple as a custom safety feature – like Brook Community Primary School in Ashford, Kent, asked for.
What Did They Need?
The school needed some bright and bespoke walkways to make crossing busy, traffic-filled areas of its site easier for the children.
What Did We Do?
Using our top-quality thermoplastic, we provided them with the walkways they needed. This durable material means they’ll have vibrantly visible, long-lasting walkways designed to withstand heavy foot (and wheel) traffic for a long time to come.
Were There Any Challenges?
This job came with its own set of challenges, but they were nothing our team couldn’t handle. It mostly came down to exercising patience, as installation had to be put on hold for a while due to the local council needing to first resurface the area before we could move in with our markings.
The other challenge we had was that we were up against two competitor companies, both as eager as we were to help Brook Community Primary School out with its walkways. We’re delighted to say that they picked us and that they were satisfied with their choice.
How We Stay Competitive
We’re proud to say that we can stand against competitors, as we did in this case, by offering outstanding service and competitive pricing. We’ll provide the highest quality playground, car park, or walkway markings. If there is a service that can offer like-for-like products and services, we’ll happily match or beat them on price.
A Few Words From Staff Member
Martin Hill, Business Manager for Brook Community Primary School, had this to say about what we’d done for them:
“We had our pedestrian walkways painted by Designs & Lines, they worked with us arranging a date that fit our schedule, arrived on time and finished early. We plan to use them when we need playground markings in the future.”
